Hi everyone!
I'm new here. Knew about the forums for a while just never joined. I've decided to start doing the WW Points starting January 2. I had success with it before and really want to slim down by 103 lbs. I've been updating a points tracker (basically an Excel spreadsheet) to keep track of my food and exercise so I can start using it in the new year.
I work an office day job so I'm sitting all day. And then I'm on my computer all evening so I get no exercise. That will have to change too.
Looking forward to the support and shedding those pounds!
