I know these kind of mini-goals come around just about every day, but I just wanted to add mine to the bunch, Im no longer obese, just overweight!! Im so excited to make this the rest of my life!!

Don't downplay this mini-goal, it's a big milestone in your weight loss journey. Congrats and keep us posted in your progress.

Awesome. That word--OBESE. I will never forget seeing it flash on the TV screen as I created my "Wii person" in front of a room full of people. Well, it was one of the major things that completely pushed me over the edge. Congratulations on being overweight. Truly, it is something to celebrate.
