convince me -and some questions

  • i keep going back and forth about joining. i'm an american in canada and have no idea on some things-i would do it online, but we don't use credit cards and our bank here in canada uses interac as their debit card with no logo (visa, mastercard, ect) so, to join online i could use funded paypal, but of course they want a credit card on file to keep charging monthly.
    there goes that idea.
meetings...anyone know if you can have monthly fees debited from a checking acct? like i said, i have a debit card, but it can't be used as a credit card.
can i pay cash up front every month?
and lastly: how much do the materials cost or are the books incuded when you sign up? i do know i have to buy the calculator.
i also need some convincing-are you really liking the new plan? honestly i am not put off by it, it looks just fine, but all this hassle on how to join is putting me off.
  • I'm not sure what grocery stores you have there but if there is a Walmart, Kmart, etc you can buy a prepaid Visa or Mastercard giftcard. I've used those from time to time and they work great when making purchases online!
  • Jess....great news you CAN use paypal....I do Just pay cash at the first meeting, and then when you register it online it will allow you to choose paypal.

    I hope that helps.
  • you guys are awesome and the reason i want to join this newer program. i love the old one, but i want to be able to talk to all of you and you guys are doing the new plan. just a few minutes ago i bought the materials on ebay. i'm not a meeting girl-at least i don't think, we travel a lot-sometimes overseas too, so it's just not feasible for me. and i don't always have online access for an online membership.
i'm excited for my long echeck to clear and then my materials shipped out!
