I weigh once a week, usually Monday mornings buck naked ;o) haha
Set mini goals for yourself, maybe 5 pounds at a time within a certain time frame (that is reasonable). It helps keep the motivation factor high!
As far as a Goal Weight...we are the same height. I have a pear shaped body, but I am working towards my "weight when not pregnant" and I look "bangin' " at 130ish LOL Honestly, set it for 150 and take the last 10 off for yourself ;o) 140 looks good on tall chicks. In my opinion of course!

PS. Starting a daily food and exercise diary/journal will also help you stay accountable and see exactly what you are putting in and working off
