I've gone from a size 8 to 18 in drive-thru speed. I was an extremely active person (mountain biking, kickboxing, hiking, gym) and due to an injury all physical activity came to a skreeching halt! I've always had a healthy appetite, but my physical activity always counter-balanced this.
I'm better now, not 100%, but well enough to exercise. No mountain biking or kickboxing, according to the physical therapist--my most favorite forms of exercise--drats.
I have all the knowledge and tools for success I'm just hoping to keep motivated. I started at 205, I've lost 5 lbs. so far and I'm hoping to keep motivated and on track.
