  • Monday- Walked on my treadmill...
  • Monday night:

    Did 55 minutes of Cardio/Weight Training with the "Firm"
  • Tuesday night: Rollerbladed for 9 miles. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Mon. Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds w/weighted balls, the 2 mile walk video.

    Tues. Raking the yard for 45 min.

    Wed. Sore from raking...took day off
  • THURSDAY
    Finally got out there and did my 4.5 miles after NOT going for 6 entire days-boy, was it hard after taking that hiatus, esp. with the wind. At least I didn't have to contend with the heat Took me 51:25
  • Wednesday:

    Did 55 minutes of Cardio/Weight Training with the "Firm"
  • Thurs: Did 1/2 hr. walking tape w/weighted balls
