Did 55 minutes of Cardio/Weight Training with the "Firm"

Tuesday night: Rollerbladed for 9 miles. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Tues. Raking the yard for 45 min.
Wed. Sore from raking...took day off

THURSDAY
Finally got out there and did my 4.5 miles after NOT going for 6 entire days-boy, was it hard after taking that hiatus, esp. with the wind. At least I didn't have to contend with the heat
