Week 5 Challenge

    Beginners Challenge~ 35 Min. Cardio, 4 days/week

    Intermediate Challenge~ 50 Min. Cardio, 5 days/week

    Try Something New Challenge
    ~ JUMP! If you have a trampoline, spend at least 3-5 minutes bouncing on it (great for commercial breaks if you're a TV hound). No trampoline, just jump (3-5 minutes)!

    Walkers/Joggers/Runners Challenge
    ~ Add sprints, whether that means a full out run, faster jog, or speed walking, try adding some more speed to your daily routine!

    2.) November 23rd - an hour of skipping rope
    3.) November 24th - an hour of skipping rope

    5.) Nov. 27: 82 minutes (55 NMTZ + 27 30DS L1)
    6.) Nov. 28: 108 minutes (53 BFBM + 55 NMTZ)
