Well, I hit it this week. 3000 calories with 475 minutes of exercise.

Just walking, yoga and a short hike on Sunday.
I thought there was no way I could meet it but I did. And I'm going to keep doing it, too, since I feel great!
Did you set any exercise goals this week? Did you meet them?

I made a goal to exercise for at least 30 minutes every other day this week. I've actually been doing about 1 hour each day.
