If I'm hungry, I have to eat. It's usually something healthy/low in calories, though. Sometimes celery or carrots, sometimes a small cup of cereal. If I wait too long to satisfy my hunger, I'll end up eating waaaay more than I should. That's usually when I want fast food, too. So, rather be a little over my calories than way over

Guess it helps that I don't plan every little calorie out right now.
