I know it's a long shot, but I was hoping to get a few opinions on what the best gym in Portland Maine is. I started running outside this past May, and am learning the hard way that having a back up plan for running outside in the winter months is a must . I've heard some horror stories about gyms - and am a little hesitant to join one - as I've never been a member of gym before. Does anyone in the Portland area have any suggestions or experiences they'd like to share?
