I recently got some resistance bands and plan on alternating using them on days that I don't do my cardio (so 3x per week and cardio 3x per week with 1 day off) 20-30 minutes of different types of exercise using the bands much as you would weight machines.
I use livestrong/myplate to track my calories and exercise but they don't have resistance band as one of the options. I've seen the resistance band workouts refereed to as circuit training. Is that how I should track that exercise?
I like to track my net calories (eaten - burned) daily.
