    WHEW.

It's the same company, and all, its just like.. a 10K raise... and less stress.. and working more on my own. It's in a bad part of town, but that's the ONLY drawback. I can do this!

Wish me luck! Send vibes, or prayers or whatever you believe in, lol!

Whew. I haven't eaten today, because my tummy has been in a knot all morning, and I just managed to keep some crystal light down. LOL. I'm nuuuuts!

    Eek!
  • Good luck!!!
  • Hope you get it !
  • OMG!!!! Good luck!
  • Wishing you MUCH luck.

I too have been applying to jobs at a higher pay rate and at really high level companies...I find the experience extremely EXCITING! I see you've lost 36 (CONGRATSSSS). It is amazing to go into a building and sit down for an interview and be comfortable in your own skin. I'm currently wiating to hear back from the place I TRULY want to work. I was extremely confident and it felt GOOD to be able to look similar to everyone else in the office. I wasn't the skinnest, but I definitely wasn't the heaviest. I know it's bad to think that but I was always so uncomfortable at work before.

Anyway, I'm praying for you and I wish you much luck and excitement!
  • Thanks everyone!! I'm pretty hopeful.. I don't have a degree, but I have 6 years expierence so I have a good shot. I have no idea who else applied for it... Eek!

I've worked for the same giant company for 7 years, and I love it here, and I want to stay till I retire. LOL. My hubs works here too, so were kind of... we feel part of it? I'm very loyal and I hope that helps me.

  • OMG good luck girl!!! I know you deserve it.
  • Good luck! <3
  • Woohoo!! Go Katie Go!!
  • How exciting- you will certainly have to keep us updated. When are you supposed to hear back from the company?

Nothing but good thoughts and best wishes.
  • So exciting! Good luck!
  • good luck! i hope you get it!!
  • How exciting! Good luck! Hope you get it :-)
  • GOOD LUCK! New jobs are always exciting...the interview process though not so much, but if you have experience it means you can sell yourself much better then someone just coming out with a degree can. You can do it! <3
  • Wishing you the best! Go you!
