I am burping up fish oil like crazy today! My very first day I had this problem, but since I got the super coated ones and started freezing them I haven't really had an issue since. But today, boy oh boy!! Urp!!

Isn't it disgusting? I threw away 2 bottles of the "best" fish oil b/c of this. I now buy the EFA's from the center. The little bit more that they cost more than make up for it with me! I've never had ill effects from them.

Blech. That's why I decided to try Flax instead.

I was pleasantly surprised by the center's EFAs - and bonus, they are not horse pills, they are rather small. Highly recommend them! One day burping fish is one day too much, I had that problem last week on some EFAs from a health-food store

Vitacost has strawberry fish oil. It really masks the burp odor.

O M GOSH, the thought of strawberry fish oil makes me wanna . . .
