I'm going out for Mexican tomorrow night.
What would YOU get if you had 500 calories to spend on this sort of fare?
Basically, I'm curious what other folks go for to get the most yummy for their tummy, without the tummy.
I know I'll need to avoid the refried beans, chips, and having TOO much cheese... otherwise, what do you think?
(I can go without alcohol, as I have to be up early the next morning-- this will be my "reason" for not drinking).
I'm gettin' the hang of this.... plan, stop when you're full, and ENJOY!
