
I have been counting calories religiously for two weeks or so. Keeping it at or under 1200/day with some form of exercise dailly. I went away on a mini-vaca to a friends house for the weekend. Hardly gained (.6) & kept as close to plan as being not at home would allow. Then I get home Im ready to exercise and get back on my comfort plan and eh im sick

So I totally let myself go with sick being an excuse.. I need to force myself back on track. How do you get back on after you've fallen??

i love the idea of an inspiration wall! i think ill add some motivational things to the notebook ive been using to track my calories!
