There's no problem, but I just had a question out of curiosity.
Since I weigh every day, and record that weight into livestrong.com, it changes my calorie limit every day. I never actually eat the same amount of calories (I never do anyway, sometimes I'm under, occasionally I'm over). It might be really close, but it's never the same. I was wondering, is that actually calorie cycling, or should I just stop it? I mean so far I'm still losing and it doesn't seem to be messing with anything, but it seemed weird to me. I know hardly anyone eats THE SAME AMOUNT EVERY SINGLE DAY, but like today my calories are at 1,472 whereas yesterday they were in the 1460s (I weighed in heavier today than yesterday.)
Is this a good idea, to sort of keep my body guessing, or am I doing damage I won't notice until I'm farther in?
Thoughts?
That's all!
