There is just absolutely NO rhyme or reason to what my body does.
Not that I'm complaining...this week.





I read "But MY weight loss is weird." As though the rest of us are all on the same track!
Nope, my weightloss is weird too! Didn't lose at all the last two weeks, then lost 2 pounds this week after binging on a pizza... who knows! COngrats on your loss!

I KNOW it's normal and that we're all different, but after a while (like a month of no loss), you start to think you're doing something wrong. And sometimes these are self-induced plateaus. But sometimes they're just not.
