Specifically pertaining to weight loss and nutrition. I recently read Mastering Your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels, and now I'm wanting to read more. What do you recommend?
I started out reading Fighting Globesity by Phillip and Jackie Mills, it was really good, I really liked their down to earth, practical approach
The End of Overeating is apparently very, very good. It's on my list.
Omnivore's Delimma and the Chine Study are also excellent.
I think the South Beach books are very beneficial. Even if you don't want to follow that specific diet, it teaches you a lot about healthier food choices. I think it gives a good basis for just an overall, healthy lifestyle.
I am currently in the middle of both Jillan Michaels Master your Metabolism and The Beck Diet Solution!
Any of Michael Pollan's books on eating, for sure. I'm in the middle of a book called "Waistland" right now (can't remember the author) - it's about how our biological urges to consume haven't kept up with evolution and modern society and how to overcome those challenges. I don't necessarily agree with everything the author says, but it is an interesting read.

I like "confessions of a reformed dieter" by AJ Rochester. Really good if you want to read a weightloss story based around a normal person. I can sometimes get sick of reading stuff by "the experts" and this is a read that's inspiring and very motivating as well as pretty funny.
The Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise and Gary Taubes' Good Calories, Bad Calories. Both have changed my life... and my dress size!
