fat % today is 48.7% compared to 51.8% last time.
So even though I only lost three pounds, I gained over 6 pounds of lean mass (muscle). And all this from beginning C25K (Couch to 5k) two weeks ago. Awesomely shocking
Granted, the last time I checked my fat % was a couple months ago, but I've sat around and haven't done much since then, so it was still a nice shock.It totally made my day
