I had an amazingly productive day at work (though 12 hours...while on an attempted vacation).

I did well today. No junk food today. I am evaluating why I never was able to stick to my routine that I set out to do. I was trying to go full speed ahead and gung ho. While that was positive, I think that I should have thought it out more. I am taking it one day at a time. I am making better decisions on what foods I choose to put in my body. After I have got that down, I will move on to the next phase.
