Weekly Weigh in November 3

  • Evening Chickies!

    Well after my out at the food and wine show I am currently at 158 lbs. I am aiming for 155 by November 16th. This gives me 2 weeks to lose 3 lb, that is it-no more messing around! =getting rid of those last 13 lbs!
  • Same weight as last week. BOO HOO
  • I'm going to make my weigh day on Wednesday if no one minds. That's when I have my weigh-in at my little course at the gym.

  • Same as last week - 208. Halloween and red licorice are the culprits.
    I plan to be 206 next weigh-in.
  • Relief... down 1/2 pound. If I could only get below 190...

  • Not good for me this week. With eating junk and gaining muscle I am up four ponds! AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I work so hard to get it off and in one freakin week, 4 lbs.????? Oh well, I did overeat and I know it. So I only have myself to blame. I do like BODY FOR LIFE, it is disciplining me and I have not smoked since 2:30pm on Sunday and will not put another to my lips. I want to be able to run faster and longer and I can not do that while I am still smokin!
    It is cold here today girls, and we are expecting 10 to 15 cm snow tonight. Yeah!!!
