I think this thread is appropriate b/c here is a person who has made goal, maintaining, and is partaking in an activity that is food related. I think we are all hoping to transition to some sort of normal food activity. Having a normal relationship with food does mean sometimes not minding calories and just eating something crazy with no guilt. We have to remember food is part of our lives in many ways, in times of celebration and grief. I think it's ok to have an activity like this planned out, partake, and show that it doesn't have to totally derail a person's progress. This is an important lesson IMO.♠
Sorry if the thread offended your sensibilities but it was clear what this thread was about in it's title. This was an ongoing dilemma for the poster and I am happy to see that she was able to make a choice she was comfortable with and enjoy herself.
