I am waiting for the book to arrive in the mail. i wonder why the diet is not so popular on this forum? maybe they all joined Ideal Protein so they dont have to cook, but it is so EXPENSIVE!

I did MM about a year ago and lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks. I started on step 2 which you are supposed to do after 8 weeks but got sidetracked. I started again two days ago.
