GAH! Since I started this journey nearly a month ago, not once have I craved and sweets or chocolate. Never! I just don't miss them--there are other things that I miss more.
Now, since my TOM is on the horizon, I'm having horrible cravings for chocolate, particularly, brownies. What do I do! i feel like I am torturing myself--I'm tempted to just go ahead and have it and put myself out of agony.

Or find a substitute for the chocolate craving, I love real cocoa powder, splenda, skim milk and hot water for a low cal yummy choco fix...
