I just went in for my first weigh in since starting pre-conditioning....5 pounds down! Not as much as some, but I'm really excited about it! couple of questions though...I'm having a hard time finding a food scale. Any recommendations on what I should get? Also, the mrc-6 I really want to try, but it was pricey for me right now. Is there anywhere I can get it cheaper?

Congratulations! I believe I bought my food scale at Target or Walmart. Nothing fancy.

The main ingredient in mrc-6 is Vitamin B6. I switched 1/2 way through my program. Muuuuch cheaper.

Great start! Check ebay for a food scale. Mine is electronic by Wolfgang Puck and I love it.

My food scale is from Bed Bath & Beyond and its not an electronic one, really simple and I don't have to turn it on
