I try to exercise at least 20 minutes every day, though once I get going I usually go longer than that. I love to walk outdoors and I have a treadmill so I can walk indoors when the weather doesn't cooperate. I got a wii and wii fit plus last winter and I enjoy using that.
I just started
hooping this week and I am having lots of fun!

My husband made me an adult sized hoop and I can't believe how easy it is to keep the hoop going. (The larger size and heavier weight make them spin more slowly so it's easy to keep them going.) I crank up the music and it feels like playing - not exercising. So far it's too soon to tell if it's going to whittle my waistline the way I hope, but even if it doesn't I know it's tightening up muscles underneath my flab - I can feel it!
