Most of this weight came off gradually over the past four years or so, just by eating moderately healthy and exercising occasionally. I started to get really serious in June of this year about getting down to a healthy weight. I went from about 185 at the start of summer to 172.6! I can't wait to see how I do now that I'm finally believing I can do this. And I know this site has been so much of a motivator already.
