  • I'm hoping to have lost 10-15lbs by the 1st of November.

  • I started my first weight watchers meeting last Wednesday. So I'll see how much I lost in a few days in my first week.

    We just bought a treadmill, I have the ab circle and I have some dance work out DVDs. Everything is just packed right now, so once we move, I'm going to incorporate the workout plan. So for now, I just try to take the "long way" around the office building and park further away, etc.
  • Good Luck on your weigh in on Wednesday. I have done WW. My husband doesn't want me to spend the money on it now. So I decided to do calorie counting. Walking steps is a good workout too.
