JoannaRose's Tomato/Olive/Cheese Recipe

  • Also try this salad for a change> I know that Tomatoes are not on the low carb list of veggies, so please count the carbs if you do have this.

    1 tomato, chopped up - Black olives, chopped
    Mozzarella cheese, cut in tiny cubes
    Mayonnaise, Salt & Pepper, Pinch Garlic Powder

    Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated

    this is Yummy and makes a delightful change.
