what snacks are you eating?

  • Just curious. I sometimes feel like I eat too many snacks maybe, or the wrong ones? I dunno, I'd like some feedback. Here's a sample of the snacks I had today. I didn't eat these all at once, just stuff I ate all throughout the day:

    -3 oranges
    -4 rice cakes
    -sugar free pudding cup
    -banana
    -yogurt w/ fruit
    -small cup of vanilla soft serve

    Random other snacks I eat:

    -chocolate rice cake w/ natural peanut butter
    -green grapes
    -light yoplait
    -cottage cheese w/ peaches
    -popcorn
    -manderin oranges
    -cheese sticks
    -canned peac
    -sf jello cup
    -ff pudding cup
    -graduates cheese crunchies (you know the kind that are for babies to eat? They barely have any calories and make a good snack)

    Is there something I should cut out? Eat more of?
  • I usually only have one or two snacks through the day and those are generally dictated by hunger.

    Typically when I get home from work I'm starving so I'll have a 1/2 c. of low fat cottage cheese or an apple (or both if I'm still hungry after eating one). Then in the evening if I'm hungry I'll have an apple or a sugar free pudding cup or something similar.
