Just venting

  • Grr! Is it possible to slap the stupid out of someone?

    Hubby is driving me nuts!

He's having health problems, his dad is having health problems and getting ready to retire, at 73 from farming, MIL is driving hub and I nuts about getting this all done.

We have a small farm as well, and we both have jobs. With his issues, I've had to pick up the slack on the farm, along with my 45 hour a week job for a veterinarian. Now, he informs me I"m unsupportive, unloving and uncaring. *faints*

All because I made him leave the pub on TIME, which he asked me to do, on pool league night.:r ollpin:

He says, I just don't understand how important the pool team is, and how I don't support him, and blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada, and then after we get home and he tells me how UN I am, a few minutes later he wants to know what is the matter with me?

I think I'll just light my hair on fire and call it a day!

  • Hope that helps

Don't set your hair on fire, I'm sure it looks better where it is xxx
  • Sometimes men suck.
    Hugs!!!
  • Thanks, I'm fine now, I just needed to blow off some steam!
  • I still think you should club him.
  • Still thinking about it!
  • Wow you sound a little bit like superwoman with all you are juggling!

Im sure your hubby appreciates you, and just had a momentary lapse of reason. You should keep a boxing glove in the trunk for a love tap now and again
  • Holy Christmas, I'd lose my head for sure. He's totally out of line. He's definitely not looking at the big picture. My husband does that sometimes and it drives me up a wall.

You sound incredibly supportive, loving and caring and I'm sure he just needs a NOT SO GENTLE reminder of all the hard work you're doing; a knock about his head and shoulders should do the trick. Glad we could be here for the vent. xoxo
  • awww I'm not sure if it's possible to actually slap the stupid outta someone but I'd sure as **** give it a go but he's a man a little insensitivity is to be expected, have a little chill night with a facemask, a movie and a nice cuppa tea, that's what works for me after wanting to kill someone
