WOW! First week in!

  • I'm so excited! I started calorie counting last Monday, and today I am down 5.6 pounds already! I know we always lose more in the beginning, but I'm still excited. I've been sleeping better, too, because I haven't had the usual terrible heartburn that I get from eating too much. Now to just keep plugging along.

    I also just started calorie counting on Sept 20th. I didn't weigh for the first 2 weeks, but lost 6 lbs in that time, and 2 lbs last week.

    8 lbs in 3 weeks, not bad!!! Calorie counting sure works, huh?!

    Isn't that frustrating that they won't allow us to put up a ticker until we've been here a certain amount of time? I had a cute Halloween one that I made and was so sad when I read that I couldn't put in up.
