I just made the veggie lasagne from the Week 9 recipe card! It is delicious! I used fat-free cheese instead of the lowfat cheese it called for, so maybe it was a little lower in points. Also, I used a lot of broccoli and mushrooms. Has anyone else tried this?
This is the only recipe I've made fromt hose little cards. Have any of you made anythign that was extremely good or extremely terrible from these cards? I don't often get to cook, so I wanna make sure that when I do, I'm pleased with the recipe!
