Count me in! I would like to continue what I've been doing this past week but with a few adjustments to my diet. Although I do want some sweets on Halloween when I go out trick or treating with my cousins but I will count calories that day.
My plan
Food: Carb cycling, adding more organic food and 2 liters of water a day.
Exercise: Insanity workout videos 6 days a week and walks on Sundays.
Avoiding: Diet soda and processed food.
