  • Hi. I started weight watchers two weeks ago Tuesday and lost nine pounds in two weeks.... this week it seems that things have slowed down and I am frustrated! How much weight can I expect to lose a week? I try to be dilligent and want this to work more then anything... now is my time..... I want to feel better. Thanks, Kiki
  • I think the weight you lose depends on different factors. I have lost 2.5 last week, and followed plan pretty well. The first few weeks are usually a lot of water being flushed out of your system so you probably shouldn't expect such big losses the entire time your losing.
  • An average of 2lbs a week is pretty common on WW. It's not like a fad diet, it is a lifestyle change where you learn how to eat well and control portions.
