I need your advice! We are putting together an online cookbook similar to the one on the site that is for the low fat recipes. On the main page of recipe titles, there is a column to show how many carbs are in each recipe, for a quick comparison...I have been loading in gross carbs for that figure, not the carb count after fiber has been deducted.
As low carb dieters, which would you prefer? What is the most common way? I would think the gross carbs is the best way, and people that deduct fiber can do that from the actual recipe (fiber is included in nutritional count). However, if the majority of low carbers do this deduction, then maybe we need to go ahead and do it!?
