  • Monday- Walked on my treadmill....
  • MONDAY
    Did the usual 4.5 miles in the usual hot weather!
  • TUESDAY
    Walked with the power belt today. Took me 100:30 to do my 4.5 miles today, very hot out there!
  • Tuesday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Wednesday- Walked on treadmill.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked my 4.5 miles today
  • 10 28 02 and 10 29 02
    I did 55 min of the "Firm" Cardio/Sculpt video. It's cardio and weighlifting at the same time.

    On 10 29 02: Buffed my car for an hour and 1/2. Someone blew fresh grass all over it and it took me an hour to clean it. I figure, oh well, just more exercise (I had washed and waxed my car on Sunday-so this was very disheartening!)

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 mies. Not too bad!
