Feeling the effects of my low cal diet and major weightloss. I have no energy and can barely excersise. Do you think adding a scoop of whey protein powder to my day would help?
I would be willing to add in an extra 130 calories a day if this would help my overall wellness and ability to function normally and be active again. I just don't want a gain! Someone please help! I'm lost and hate this feeling. Weak and saggy is no fun!
