Anyway, getting married in a year or two and my B(est/Boy) F(riend) and I don't want to look like a pair of spandexed bowling balls rolling down the aisle. We would like to rid ourselves of our 'morbid' bits. Our biggest problems are health-related which mean neither of us is as active as we'd like to be.
Still, tally-ho! We've cut out all nice salty & sweet things and have made our portions smaller. We know what to do, would just be nice to come on here and see how others are getting along - it looks like the place to come at night, when the cravings are the worst.
Anyway, nice to *meet* you all and thanks for this wonderful site.
