I am new to this forum so forgive me. I'm not really sure what I'm doing but I'll give it a go. I went to OA about 3 years ago and was successful at losing weight but not at maintaining. I can't find the plan I used as far as weights and measures. Does anyone have something they would be willing to share? I found a plan A however it just says 1 protien, 1 fruit... I need cups and ounces. Thank you for any suggestions
