I'm new to this site and NEED and want change in my life with myself. Im 30 years old my CW is 282 and Im 5 foot 3 inches I WANT to weigh 130 that is my GW honestly I will be happy when the scale says 199 lol. I have dieted before did atkins once lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks then found out I was pregnant with my third then that was out the window after having her I stopped drinking soda and did a lowfat diet lost 40 pounds well then I got stuck for a few months and couldnt lose more went to doctors and found out I have Hypothyriodism they put me on medicinie and foolish me thought well I can eat what I want and the medcinie will make me lose weight HA HA I gained 35 pounds back and kicked myself in the butt went into depression and ate ate ate then I realized enough is enough I see my oldest Son getting chunky my husband is overweight and I see I am taking my family down the same road I am heading so I decided its time for a change. I started my diet saturday Im doing low fat diet, 1500 calories a day, and walking every evening till I get my excerise bike then I will do that also I already weighed myself this morning and lost 3 pounds I was trying to wait a week and then weigh but I got impatient. Im hopeing to lose 150 pounds in a year to a year and half I really wanna stick to it and work hard at it this time. Anyone wanna be weight loss buddies who have to lose as much as me or around it send me a message.
