I need some help. Ive been counting calories and right now i get about 1300 per day and well its tough. i find myself being hungry and my current snacks dont hold me over til the next meal.
i need something that can help curb my hunger like a protein shake/ smoothie
i just bought one of those blender bottles but honestly i don't know what to do with it. I'm going to buy some whey powder that has 100 calories per scoop but i don't want to just mix it with milk, i want more flavor with it.
id like to eat er drink them as a mid- morning / mid-afternoon snack so i dont want a whole lot of calories in it. like nothing more than 150 - 200 calories if it can hold me over well enough
any suggestions on recipes? or will this idea even help with curbing my hunger?
