I had a major victory yesterday! Our little town recently had a old fashioned candy shop open up. They have homemade fudge in about 10 different flavors. ahh, my weakness..
My 12 yr old stopped there after school and brought home a little bag of fudge and offered it to me. I turned it down! woohoo, happy dance
In the past i would have taken that bag of fudge and scarfed it down with no thought!
I was so proud of myself. Small victory I know, but a huge deal to me.

If those little voices in your head start to make you feel differently...just remind yourself that you can get that fudge any time you want to, you just CHOOSE not to.
