-3 large romaine lettuce leaves
-3 handfuls alfalfa sprouts
-1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-3 tsp finely shredded light Swiss cheese
I evenly spread the Dijon onto all three lettuce leaves, then spread out 1 handful each of alfalfa sprouts on each leaf and added 1 tsp of the shredded cheese on each one as well. Finally I wrapped the individual lettuce leaves lengthwise as if they were tortilla bread.
I was a little skeptical but they tasted pretty good and I feel satisfied. Just thought I'd share a simple yet healthy snack with everyone.
