Hello. My name is Mary. I am 31. Mom of 5 rowdy kids and Navy wife to Tim. I have struggled with my weight ever since having my first child 12 years ago. I just had my last baby 2 months ago and I am determined to lose the weight. I have a long way to go but I hope that by setting small goals for myself I can do it and not get overwhelmed. I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and Weight Watchers. So far so good. I am glad I have found this site and have even suggested to friends of mine that I know are trying to lose weight or get into shape. I look forward to reading more great info and seeing every ones progress.

Hey Mary! I'm also a military wife, I'm 34, I have 4 kids, my oldest is 13 and youngest is 3! We should be buddies! My hubby is currently deployed so I'm always up for ADULT conversation! LOL Lots of luck to you on this journey, I know you can do it!!!!!!!
