If anyone has any suggestions for me, I would welcome them. Also, if anyone has any good recipe ideas or snacky suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!
  • I have started back on WW as well! Monday was my first day back! The only suggestion I have for you is the same one I am doing. I had to think back what didn't work for me last time, and then change that thing. For me it was worrying about the littlest point and the banking of points. I got so cought up in that, that I didn't pay attention to how I felt when I ate. So, this time, personally I am not banking points. I treat each day as it's own entity and strive each day to stay in points. So, find out what didn't work for you last time and see how you can turn it around to be succesfull for you!     i started in april ww . i was getting married in june and wanted to lose weight i reasch my 10 percent. u have to want to lose and put your mind too it be in control.. that helped me alot plus do the 2 ww WATER WALK ... IT WORKED FOR ME
