New to IP...looking for results from everyone...amount loss and time frame

  • I started IP on my own last Tuesday (weighed in today and I am down 9.2 pounds)...started with my doctor on Thursday so I will have my first official weigh in then. I have about 75 pounds to lose. Looking to see what people have lost and how long it took them.

    So far no fatigue, no hunger, no headaches...I feel awesome...better than I have in a long time (could be that an alcoholic beverage has not passed by my lips in 2 1/ 2 weeks).

    food is very doable. I enjoy the chicken soup and the choco drinks...soy nuts are awesome.
  • I started IP on July 6 of this year and of this morning I've lost 48 pounds. I think this is the first time in my life I've lost weight faster than I've gained it.
  • I started IP on May 4th and, as of my weigh-in last Wednesday, I've lost 45 lbs and over 40 inches. See my signature below for weekly totals. Some weeks you fare better than others, but if you stick with the program it'll definitely work! Good luck!
  • I just started my 15th week yesterday and I am down 44.4 lbs. I did have two cheat nights at the beginning of the month, so that slowed me down a bit..

    Welcome to IP! You have made a wonderful choice for your health!! The IP forum will be a wonderful asset for you with information, encouragement, cheerleading-or that kick in the pants which may be needed a time or two!!

    I started Ideal Protein on March 31st of this year. From my initial weight-fully clothed at 4:00pm to weighing on the WiiFit this morning-sports bra and shorts, I have lost 100 lbs!! Today is the end of week 25 for me. I'll have my weigh in today at 4pm. By the time I have dressed, had water, eaten etc. I'll weigh from 2-3 lbs more.

  • Hi, I started 6 weeks ago and I have lost 28 1/2 lbs so far. I find the diet fairly easy to follow so far.

  • Hello everyone, I started IP April 12, and am down 52lbs!! Something I discovered that is very important.....drink LOTS OF WATER. Not just the 64oz but more...I have stepped up my water in the last 3 days and have lost 3 lbs!!!!Yahoo IP
  • I started IP on April 7. I'm down 110 lbs. in 4 1/2 months. Of course, I'm a guy and we lose faster.

    I've been on IP for 13 weeks and have lost officially 29lbs (unofficially via my scale as of this morning, 31lbs. My WI isn't until Friday.)

    darbs7 today is my 8th week and i have lost 49 lbs.!!! I still am in awe over how well this program works and how easy it has been for me. Stick with it, follow the protocol, scour this forum for any piece of advice you need, and you will succeed!

  • I started July 8th and as of today, I am down 31 lbs. I am now off of diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, and high cholesterol medication. I feel so much better!
