Just wondering what everyone is planning for their Sunday dinner. I adore cooking, but I need fresh (healthy, low carb) ideas to keep me motivated.
I haven't decided for tonight but I have a couple of options:
I bought a no-carb Alfredo sauce that I'm going to try with shiritaki noodles, chicken and broccoli one night this week. This is option 1.
Option 2 would be a combo turkey/extra lean ground beef meatloaf with mashed cauliflower on the side.
