Now that summer has passed and its been a year since i started exercising and here I am pretty much at the same spot. I started last yet at 215, got down to 192, and now im up to [B]203-204[B]
But now I know its time for me to get my butt on track again! Lately I havent been feeling "well" i feel so totally unhealthy. Eating lots of junk and fast food...I hate feeling like this! So as of TOMORROW I will be starting fresh! The only thing im worried about is I just started the depo birth control shot and many woman gain lots of weight. No way do I want to gain! Anyways just wanted to say hi to everyone and let you know IM BACK!!! 

With that attitude, you'll be back down to 192 in no time!
