I honestly didn't know if I'd make it 20 days and 20 posts. But I was thrilled to see my ticker is now up! I also have not fallen off the proverbial wagon yet. My goals right now are modest, but I remain mindful every day (sometimes every hour!) of my commitment to losing weight--and, after losing it, to keeping it off. My mindset is light-years (okay, light-weeks) better than it was before I came to this site and saddled up.
